N95 Mask Fit Testing

As organizations across Canada continue to take steps to prevent the spread of COVID-19, many employers are developing new policies and using new personal protective equipment (PPE). Although respirators have been used in industrial and healthcare workplaces for years, they are an increasingly common sight. Respirators such as the N95 or KN95 masks help fight the spread of infectious diseases by preventing infectious agents from being inhaled by the wearer.

Psychological First Aid

Psychological First Aid is for everyone.  With emphasis on establishing a connection with people in a compassionate non-judgmental manner, the training also helps to foster a positive work environment and culture of care in the workplace. Psychological First Aid helps reduce negative health outcomes for individuals by promoting positive conversations about wellness.
